Alistair co-wrote the feature screenplay SANCTUARY with Rupert Walters, and wrote three-part TV series THE ANTIQUE NOVELTY SHOP based in part on stories by M.R. James. He has also written two one-man stageplays: THE STRANGE CASE OF DR JEKYLL AND MR HYDE, based on the book by Robert Louis Stevenson, and GHOST STORIES OF AN ANTIQUARY, again adapted from the works of M.R. James.
