Michael White is the author of ten novels and twenty-eight non-fiction books. His novels include the international bestsellers Equinox, The Medici Secret, The Borgia Ring, The Art of Murder and The Kennedy Conspiracy. He has also written The E-Force Trilogy (State of Emergency, Aftershock and Nano) under the pseudonym Sam Fisher.

Before Michael’s incredible successes in fiction, he wrote many bestselling and critically acclaimed non-fiction titles including Stephen Hawking - A Life in Science which has been translated into 15 languages, Isaac Newton - The Last Sorcerer and Rivals which was shortlisted for the Aventis Prize for Science writing in 2002.

He has been a science editor of British GQ, a columnist for the Sunday Express and was even a rock star when part of the eighties group The Thompson Twins. He moved to Australia in 2002 and was made an Honorary Research Fellow at Curtin University in 2005.

He also has the unique distinction of being the only person in the world who has appeared in three Top 10 charts - as a novelist, as a non-fiction writer and as a pop star.
