Sarah Rayner was born in London and now lives in Brighton with her partner and step-son. She worked for many years as an advertising copywriter, and now writes fiction full-time. She is the author of six novels including One Moment, One Morning and several pieces of non-fiction, including Making Friends with Anxiety and Making Peace With Depression.
