Catherine Robertson is a #1 New Zealand bestselling author of humorous fiction and romantic comedies. She has written one children's picture book, Pearl in a Whirl, which was the biggest sellling NZ-published children's title in 2023. In 2020, she was the CNZ/International Institute of Modern Letters Writer in Residence. In 2015, she completed the MA in Creative Writing at the International Institute of Modern Letters, Victoria University.

Catherine is a regular reviewer on RNZ's Jesse Mulligan’s Book Critic slot. She is on the board of Verb Wellington, and Chair of the Hawke's Bay Readers & Writers Trust. Catherine’s first seven novels and her children's book were published by Penguin Random House NZ, and her romcom romance series of three books has been published worldwide by One More Chapter/Harper Collins UK.
