Jeffrey Tayler is the author is Facing the Congo and Siberian Dawn: A Journey Across New Russia. He writes for such publications as Condé Nast Traveller, Spin, Harper's magazine and is a correspondent for Atlantic Monthly. In 2000, two of his essays were selected by Bill Bryson for the inaugural edition of The Best American Travel Writing. Jeffrey Tayler lives in Moscow.
