Nick Hawton was the BBC's Foreign Correspondent in the former Yugoslavia between 2002-2008. He has written extensively on war crimes issues, including the case of Radovan Karadžić, for the BBC and for The Times. He graduated in Modern History from Oxford University and currently lives in Sarajevo with his wife and daughter.
