Paterson Joseph

Paterson is one of the UK's finest actors and his debut play as writer SANCHO: AN ACT OF REMEMBRANCE was initially produced at the Arcola Theatre (as a co-production with the Oxford Playhouse) in Autumn 2013. The play, published by Oberon, explores the life of Charles Ignatius Sancho, the first black person of African origin to vote in Britain whose life was full of surprising, moving and funny twists.The play is in development with Objective Fiction as a drama series. Two Halves Productions are working with Paterson on a documentary series. 
His first book Julius Caesar and Me: Exploring Shakespeare's African Play was released in 2018 by Bloomsbury.
