Mary is a playwright and BAFTA nominated screenwriter. Single drama ZIG ZAG LOVE stars Robert Carlyle and was directed by Gillies MacKinnon for Machine Productions/Jane Dauncey/BBC. Mary was lead writer on CBBC’s THE STORY OF TRACY BEAKER Series 1 - 5 (and on which she was nominated for a Best Writer BAFTA) and CiTV’s BEL’S BOYS. Stage musical TRACY BEAKER GETS REAL completed two No1 tours.
