Jenny Davis writes for TV, stage and film. This year she has written for BBC television on EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY and CASUALTY and is a regular writer for their day time medical drama DOCTORS.
Her Theatre credits include; THE FRONT ROOM (Oval House); WEDDING CHORUS (Show Of Strength); FIFTEEN MINUTES OF WONDER (Bristol Old Vic); LOOKING FOR MR DARCY (Bath Ustinov. Jenny is also founder producer of MISSING PIECES a script in hand showcase of Black Theatre, co produced with Bristol Old Vic.
Jenny's produced short films include OUT OF NOWHERE (BOVTS) and award winning LITTLE WHITE LIES (123 media). Her feature length FINDING HERMIONE won the South West Screen and Film Council ‘Script Ed’ Competition.
Jenny is currently on this year's BBC Writer's Academy writing for the long running series as well as developing an original project with Hat Trick Mercurio Productions.
Jenny used to work in the Statutory sector, with adopters, foster carers, parents and children, all at divergent points of the Care System.
